Currently, when we create a flexi task in foreach, loop is waiting to for the task to complete and once the task is completed and loop start creating the next task.
is there any way to create flexi task with stopping in loop.
Raj, do you mean, you want to create a multiple tasks in a loop and have them all created at the same time? There will be multiple ways to accomplish this, but you will have to evaluate based on your situation. One way to do this is to not use a loop but assign the task to all parties and select the option to create a separate task for each individual.
But this will depend on what the loop is for. What is the variable (type) you are iterating?
Thanks Andrew reply,
I need to handle each task as individual, as you said when you create a separate task for individual by selecting option, I will not able to get the outcome of each person. I have done this using the parallel branch but it limit the no of approvers.
Is there any other way.
Do you really need to do this in a loop? If at all possible, I'd try to do it another way. Maybe if you could create sequential tasks after each task has been approved.
If possible can you post your workflow?
Not to detract from the original question but I'm having the same issue. How to send multiple flexi-tasks to different individuals for separate items on a list all at once has been a question I've been asking for while.
