I installed Nintex and was notified the installation was complete and successful however, I do not have the Nintex form button. What do I need to do?
You need to activate Nintex Forms Prerequisites and Nintex Forms for lists on your Site collection features
When I attempt to activate Nintex Forms Prerequisites it gives me an error
message that tells me I need to Activate Nintex Forms for SharePoint first.
When I attempt to activate Nintex Forms for SharePoint it tells me I must
activate Nintex Forms First. But, when I try to activate Nintex Forms it
tells me I I have to activate Nintex Forms Perquisites first.
Please provide a phone number for technical support. If there is not a
phone number I can call I am not interested in your product. I have
already wasted over three hours of my day trying to get your product. I
need assistance not a rat race.

Hi Joshua, I'm sorry you're experiening issues while trying to install. Did you follow the install guides here for the version you're on?
If you are still experiencing issues and you have a support contract, you can contact Nintex Support.
You probably missed the web applications feature activation.
Go to Central Admin, Manage web applications, Manage features and activate Forms. Then you can activate it on sitecollections
