I've got a NW2010 workflow that I use only as necessary; and it is published. I wish to unpublish it so that I will show up in "Unpublished Workflows". How do I go about doing this?
have you tried that >>> How to remove or block a Workflow on Office 365 ?
One way would be to export the published workflow and delete it from the associated list and then import it back. It will remain Unpublished then.
Another way is to combine all the actions of your workflow in Action Step and disable it. Publish this version. So even if the workflow starts, it doesnt do anything. When you want to make use of the workflow, enable this and publish again.
Alan McCollough Have you solved it?
This worked great to remove the workflow. I found the workflow then is listed in Nintex's "Unpublished Workflows". Re-publishing the workflow makes it available again.
