Can a Nintex workflow be started on a site mailbox in O365?

I was asked to create a way to have a voicemail attachment become a list item on a tracking list.  The solution I came up with was to set up the voicemail to be sent as an attachment to an O365 site mailbox email address and have a workflow start each time a new email (Voicemail) was received to create a list item with the attachment.

Since I don't think that Nintex Workflow can be utilized in a site mailbox, is there a way to capture the email attachments (voicemails) can be captured from the site mailbox and added to a library that would in turn have a Nintex workflow run when a document was added?
