Workflow Error on Publish after Updated the O365 App to the latest release.

Environment O365, everything was working fine till I updated the O365 Workflow App to the latest release as it was keep showing me the message to update. So after I updated the App, I'm start getting this error on any new Workflow I create, I can save it but Cannot Publish the workflow. I didn't delete anything from the site, I have one Parent Site and than Have two subsides, and this is happening with all the sites. I can't Publish the New Workflow. Any thoughts?

 

Error publishing workflow. The parent content type specified by content type identifier 0x0108003365C4474CAE8C42BCE396314E88E51F does not exist.
