Nothing comes error and its took 30 to 60 mints in one workflow but its lot of actions n it.
What actions do you have in it - and what does your workflow do? Depending on the actions you have there may be some other limiting factors.
I am attaching the workflow here because its big workflow i cannot explain in two three word and please let em know if you have any idea about that.
Screen shots of your workflow would work just fine as well. This way no download and loading of WF will be required on this end.

Can you post a screen shots of the steps surrounding and including where your workflow is failing? Do this by going to View Workflow History and then capturing the screen where the action is yellow. If your workflow isn't starting at all, please report that as well.

During the upload of files at the proof of performance stage, usually some error occurs due to the following reasons.
a. if the upload file contains special chars,
b. file size is big ? What is max size file upload?
c.it does not get uploaded within a required time
d.Any other reason that is not known to us.
The timeout occurs and as a result the workflow does not get unlocked. So when the user tries again, it says, the workflow is locked. This error is called “Workflow Errored”.
We are using a single workflow method that consists of almost 220 worksteps. This design was shared by ww and implemented after making changes according to XXXX requirements
I just had a quick look at that workflow, and I'd be looking to separate the workflow in to 2 maybe 3 workflows.
