I am trialling this software and hence the novice question.
I am attempting to model a workflow for a RMA process.
As part of this process, I want user A to fill in details from a Nintex form.
Then I want another user B to receive an email that a form has been completed and then add entries into columns specific to that user.
For example, user A fills in Serial Number in my list.
user B now needs to type in corresponding reference number relating to that serial number.
