Workflow to act on multiple items selected from a list lookup

I want to create a workflow that will send a notification to email addresses (both internal & external) that are associated to selected groups.

I have 3 lists:

Category - Category A, B, C, etc

Group - Group A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, etc.  Each group is associated to a category.

Contacts - list of all the email addresses.  Each contact is associated to 1 group

I have 1 form called 'Submit Notification'

In the form, the user selects 1 or more Categories.

The Group field then cascades all the Groups associated to the selected Categories.

The user will then select 1 or more Groups to which they want the notification sent and will hit Submit.

The form and the cascading list lookups are functioning correctly.  But, I am new to Nintex workflow and need help with it.

My objective is to send a notification to all the contacts associated to the selected group(s).

I would even be happy with the submitter receiving the list of associated contacts in the body of an email (since the notification is not the same every time).

Can someone depict for me how I would model the workflow?  Any help is greatly appreciated.
