We have SharePoint server 2013 installed with nintex 2013 . I have a list with 2000 items and I've created a workflow to update all items.

after I start workflow it took 7 minutes to run but it stopped with no reason ! it takes exactly 7 minutes , and it updates more than 500 items.

after I run it again , it took 7 minutes again but it updates more items than before !

what is going on with this workflow ?

I use Update Multiple items , call webservice or even using pause action ,without any result !

then I increased timeout value and some command for increasing some timeout value with powershell , nothing happened !
