I am building a workflow for approving a document for a committee.
It emails 25 individuals the same file, and using lazy approval, asks for accept or reject.
It seems to work perfectly except for one problem: the approver comments column on my list is putting ALL approver's responses, regardless if I pick "approver's comments" or "all approvers comments."
User A: Email A
User B: Email A
User C: Email A
Is there a simple way to get approver comments into a column on your list? Is it because I am doing it incorrectly?
Workflow looks like this:
Reject | Approve
For each | For Each
Set Variable (No) | Set Variable (Yes)
Set Variable (Assigned To Display Name) | Set Variable (Assigned To Display Name)
Create Item (Variable, Variable, Approver Comments) | Create Item (Variable, Variable, Approver Comments)
Commit Pending Changes | Commit Pending Changes
