Hello, I am building a requisition form using Nintex 2010. I have a product list which contains Items and Prices. I want the form to show item prices depending on what item is selected from the drop down box. Any ideas?
Nintex Forms contains a lookup function. If you have the prices and products in a SHarePoint list, you can use the lookup function to return the price for a selected product. It is a runtime function that works as follows:
That should do the trick for your scenario.
I don't seem to have the lookup option when I use calculated value, any ideas on that?
Thanks for your input
Do you know what release of Nintex Forms 2010 you have installed? The lookup function should be available in the runtime functions if you have Nintex Forms 2010 V1.4 or later installed.

You will have to upgrade. Might not be a bad idea anyway, as V1.2 is from 2013 and there was significant improvements in performance and features since.
is the upgrade free? How would I upgrade?
If you have Software Assurance you will be able to update to the latest version.
