SP 2013 & Nintex WFs problems

Question asked by rsadm on Aug 20, 2018

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum - so apologies if I'm not doing it right...

It's my first day in a company and my mail box is already clogged with hundreds nails for WF errors...

I have 2 questions:

1. I seems am unable to edit existing WFs. I can see the WFs diagrams, but unable to open actions and the ribbon buttons are missing.

I have 2 accounts - one normal user - that's where I cannot edit.

What permissions I need on my account to be able to edit WFs? am I missing something?

The second account I have is supposed to be SP admin account, but I cannot have 'Login as Different user' option on my browsers and have not an option to run them as admin.

2. When I login to Central Admin on the SharePoint server, I try to run  WF reports - i.e. Errored WFs ( Nintex WF Management -> Administration Reports), I receive a message that something went wrong..

SP error for Nintex reports

I enabled the Verbose logging for Nintex, but cannot see anything as a problem for that correlation ID..

It drives me crazy and my company has hundreds of WFs ..

Any help is very appreciated. Pls let me know if you need more info.

Thanks!
