workflow runs normally sometimes but then get stuck on pause for 3 minutes at other times .. The snapshot shows the wk that has been stuck for over 21 hours on a 3 min pause.. how do i troubleshoot this
Restarting the Timer Service usually resolves the problem, although sometimes underlying problems cause the issue to come back and require restarting the TS again. You can try and it and see if something resurfaces, and if it does, then you can start to dig deeper into the exact causes.
