I want to start a list workflow when an item is modified, but only the FIRST time the item is modified.
There was a dirty workaround in Nintex 2013 to add a new column containing a 1 or 0, run the workflow EVERY TIME the item is modified, and filter the workflow on the initial value, flipping the value when the workflow runs.
Do we really still have to do this in Nintex for O365?
Also, a related issue, it seems like there's no good way to start a workflow when a certain column goes from blank to filled. The conditional start won't take a "not equals blank" value.
Any ideas? You are all much more creative than I am.
