How do I create a document set

I am trying to create a document set from Nintex O365 Workflow in SharePoint Online. I use the create list item action with content type id pointing to the document set content type id (the content type is custom content type that has document set as parent content type). When the workflow runs it creates a folder instead of the document set. The content type in the list is set correctly but still it behaves like a folder and not a documen set.


Perhaps I am using the wrong action here or there might be a better way?
