Calculated Date and Lazy Approval Questions

Question asked by shuttjo on Feb 22, 2018

One, I have a due date at the end of the month and I want to have it be the last day of the month every month (but if it lands on a Saturday or Sunday, I will be moving it back to Friday). I know the calculate date can move it by month, but if I moved it to Friday and that was say the 28th, how do I get it back to being the end of the month and not the 28th the next month?

2nd, i have been trying to get the comments from a task that moves to an approval workflow (lazy approval) and i cannot figure out how to show that comment in the lazy approval email so that the approver doesn't have to find the task and look at the comments column. Also, when an approver rejects a document and they leave comments, i want the rejection email to show the approver comments.

Thanks!
