We are trying to create a comparison table that has Master data at header level, against which multiple item level data and their attributes needs to be input by user. E.g. There are 5 Employees, for whom scores need to maintained for 4 topics. i.e. Emp1, Emp2, Emp3, Emp4, whose scores needs to entered in a form for Quiz1, Quiz2, Quiz3.

For this, we have created 1 form, that has Quiz1, Quiz2, Quiz3 labels and field. We want the user to add these field values Emp1 and then submit, then add values for Emp2 and submit and then add Emp3 and go on likewise.

4 questions

  1. How do we create a form that can enable this to happen
  2. How do we submit values for first Employee - Emp1 and then use same form for Emp2, Emp3 and so on
  3. Link the Data of Emp1, Emp2, Emp3, Emp4.... and number of entries made
  4. Generate a Summary table of all Employees - Emp1, 2,3,4,5 in Summary form, that compares their quiz scores in Grid/Table
