I am tasked with creating a new form and workflow for our onboarding process. I have read about the action that can create a new AD account, but I am not seeing it as part of our product. What am I doing wrong?
Please Navigate to the Site Collection Administration and have a look in the section "Allowed Workflow Actions if there are every action is marked! another place would be Central Admin: Managing workflow actions
If not, mark every Action and click save. After that every action should be available in your Workflow Designer.
Also, I think this action is applicable for Nintex Workflow Enterprise Edition only with reference to article Create AD User
