Does anyone know if we could change the Nintex form Time out ? for how long the form is still active if it is left open without submission?
I followed the link below to fix this issue.
SharePoint 30 Minute Time Out for Forms ~ The Sysadmin Himself
I believe it is a SharePoint form session timeout issue and not a Nintex issue.
That should be entirely up to the cookie of the site. What would be the adverse affect of allowing a submission if the form is left open in the browser for an hour? Just trying to understand your scenario.
I have a similar question. A new item form times 20-30 minutes after it was created. If we try to save a form after 20-30 mins after it was opened all the data entered in the fields is erased and the new form page opens up again.
Is there a way to extend the time out?
My form will be used by Principal/ vice principal of school and in them middle of filling out something may happen and they leave their desk and come back after half an hour, I don't what the form to loose all it's content.
Great find! Thanks for sharing how you resolved it.
I know this is what you need, but just wanted to make sure you knew this would change the timeout for all forms on the entire Web App.
Not wanting to change timeout for all forms, can this be done for an individual form?
Hi, i've got this problem too. Did you ever find a solution? Anyone else have any dieas i can try?
Unfortunately, FormDigestSettings is a Web Application property only.
Shame. Thanks for the answer though!
