I don't know why I'm getting [#CCCSZUZUZ#] at the end of my email subject
is this a task notification where you have enabled Lazy Approval?
If yes, that's the token Nintex and SharePoint Incoming Email use to connect the mail to the task and allow the system to translate the mail response to a task outcome
email notification body see response here.
Yes, I have lazy approval enabled…so I cannot modify it to something more user friendly? Or hide it?
I'm sorry but for my experience the token is not configurable and you cannot hide it because otherwise it will not work (if you answer to that mail and delete the token, the answer will not be processed)
Maybe some Nintex Tech can tell us if it's possible to change something in token configuration
The token that is added to Lazy Approval messages cannot be configured except for turning off the Lazy Approval option. Removing it from message upon reply will cause the message to not be processed. It is provided in this manor to ensure that your response is unique and to a single task. This code is generated upon notification of the task and stored in the database.
The best way to hide it is to turn off lazy approval for the task, site, or farm.
Just to confirmed. Andrew Glasser's reply is right. No configuration are available to hide the lazy approval token.
