I have a problem in my flow sending an email to a Shared Mailbox.
Sending to individual people is not a problem. But the shared mailbox ( in my case the "Finance" Shared Mailbox will not receive the email.
Does the shared mailbox have a matching O365 account?
Are you sending the email using the email action or as part of a task assignment action?
I made a mistake by NOT giving the "Mail Group" permissions to the Site.....
After giving permissions to the Mail Group, the email were receiving.
So all sorted...
