I was able to view the statistics of the erred out workflow on Nintex. But now I'm unable to view that. Could anyone please help?
Click on Show Detail View of the error to get more details.
Then, if possible, try to initiate the workflow as a user other than system account
Thanks for your response. Tried to check this using another account(user), experienced the same . Still not able to view the "view statistics" link.
Is this option seen only for site collection workflows and not list workflows?
No, you can see this option for list workflows.
Any idea what do I have to change in settings in order to view the "view statistics" option?.
What permissions do you have where this workflow is? I can see it and I am site collection admin. Can you see if another user with higher permissions than you can see it?
I have full control permissions on the portal. Even after being added as the site collection admin, I'm not able to view the option.
I'm not sure. There is not information on this for some reason. With your high level permissions you should be able to view that link.
Try this: create a new custom list in the same location. Make it real simple and add only one field. It doesn't matter what. Then create a workflow on that list to simply send a notification when the workflow runs. Make the workflow run on creation. Add an item to your list and see if you can see that view statistics option now.
So can you confirm you can see statistics for Site Collection workflows but not lists? due to your question if it was not available for lists.
Also, I meant could you publish and initiate the workflow as another user than system account. Not log in as another account to view the statistics.
Can you go to Site Settings -> View Reports, can you view any statistics there?
Can you go to Workflow Gallery, select a workflow and View Statistics there on any workflow?
I'm having the same issue on a single list workflow. I can see statistics for 3 other workflows on the same list, but the most commonly ran workflow is missing the option.
I followed Andrew's instructions. Site Settings->Workflow gallery (under Nintex Worfklow)->Click View statistics link->the page will re-load->click on workflow you need statistics for.
Thank you Andrew Podzorski
You may want to check that the workflow version that the item ran on is still published. If the workflow is no longer published, even though it still resides on the SharePoint site, the workflow statistics will not show. Also note that changing the workflow settings for that workflow to "No New Instances" will also cause the workflow to no longer be published and hide the View Statistics option.
To view the raw data, the timestamps and other metadata can still be found on the Nintex Workflow database backend, although it's not as pretty.
