Can a Nintex form be scheduled to display on a page using a workflow?

Question asked by akalmar on Apr 20, 2017

In a couple of weeks, we are going to have one week of quizzes (one quiz per day).  I've used SharePoint lists and Nintex forms to create the quizzes.  Last year, we displayed a new quiz every day using a site workflow.  The quiz was preceded by an introduction page that contained a link to the quiz.  So, the workflow was pretty straightforward.  The introduction pages were just items in an announcement list.  The workflow would just unhide an announcement based on what day of the week it was and the page displaying the announcement would only show the item that was flagged as unhidden.  This year, they don't want an introduction page for each day.  They want to go straight to the quiz forms.

I first thought I could tackle this using a redirect in an announcement item.  But, announcement items can't accept <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10;url=http://sharepointsite.com"/>.  Is there any way I could use a workflow to automate the rotation of the Nintex list form pages for each quiz?

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Thank you!
