We have a from which is in paper format and we need to transform on SharePoint.
Information about form:
- Evaluated by the submitter to create the new supplier and approved by respective HODs.
- For Warning and Disqualification record section, Fill in by Admin department and approved by MD
The form has 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 for the “Evaluation Record” in the manual paper form and current process by company.
Going forward company just evaluate the suppliers per year but need able to gerenrate reports for the past years using SharePoint Online.
Having a year column would be considered as a solution and good for reporting. However, change the year for every year needs to be taken care of.
Q: How this can be handled by form for a dynamic year?
Q: What shoud be the best approach?
