Modifying Live Settings in Default Form

Question asked by chaddavis on Dec 21, 2016

I'm having some trouble with the Live Settings in the default template. I simply want to change the image in the CancelMessage and SubmitMessage tags. I've created the template without any trouble, and when I manually import it to a new form, all of my settings come through just fine. However, when I upload the template to the server so that it's set as the default, none of my settings under the LiveSettings tag are showing up. I also changed the logo on the main form itself and that comes through just fine. Has anyone else had this same problem?

And yes, I've uploaded the logo images to our public website so they are accessible externally.

I have Nintex Forms Standard running on Sharepoint 2010. Please let me know if any other information would be helpful.

I should add that I've already tried opening a ticket with Nintex regarding this issue, but they said it falls under 'custom coding' so they won't help me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
