I am creating a form and would like to customise the colours to match our branding, however, I only seem to be able to select colours from the palette.
you can change the css on the form settings
you should be able to type in the exact color value on the color palette
If you’re using Nintex Forms for Office 365, the standard palette options differ slightly to OnPremise Forms (which is the screenshot in the above response). Cassy Freeman is correct with using CSS.
First thing you’ll need is the HEX or rgb code for the colour you want to produce in the label.
When you open the label control up, expand the Formatting tab and you’ll see CSS class and for a standard label it should be nf-form-label.
This corresponds to an entry in Form Settings – Custom CSS. Simply add an entry under .nf-form-label for background-color: (your HEX code for the colour); such as the below I’ve done to change my labels to #FFFF99 (a pale yellow –

Note this will change all controls with that css so you might need to add a new class for individual labels you want to change if it's not for the entire form.
