We have incoming email turned on and used on various calendars. When setting up an event, whether meeting or time off, you can add the library's email address to the appointment for it to add to the calendar. The address also receives and updates or cancellations to the appointment.
When the calendar appointment is cancelled, the appointment stays on the SharePoint Calendar to read "Cancled: Title".
Thought Process to Solve:
To remove this Canceled item, I thought Nintex Workflow would be the perfect solution. I set up a workflow to run when modified if the title field contains "canceled" if so, delete the item.
When item is cancelled and sent to the SharePoint calendar via incoming email address, it cancels the item, even updates the last modified date to the time the update was sent, but the workflow isn't triggered to run.
Anyone else experience this or have a work around?
