Why not all fields in my list is not displayed in Update Multiple Items action in a Site Workflow?
The same worked well in dev environment. But, not in production.
This issue is resolved. It was caused because some documents were checked out by another user, hence the workflow was unable to update the metadata.
We got the error details from the ULS logs.
It would have been great if the ‘Error Message’ property of the ‘Update Multiple Items’ action has this error text.
Can you try creating a workflow on the same list and check if all the columns are present for update?
No. Even in the list workflow, all columns are not present.
We have this problem in one farm after patching SharePoint 2013. In another farm at the same patch level, this is not a problem.
