Here's the scenario: an approval workflow was created and published. It's been used for a couple of years. I would like to go through all instances of the workflow and generate a report of who submitted each task, who approved each task, comments made during approval, etc. The tasks associated with the workflows have since been purged from SharePoint (following a 60 day retention policy).
What's the best way to get at this information? Can I extract it from the Nintex database? Is there a tool that can read directly from the database? What tables will contain the information required to extract the data? Is there a better alternative than going to the Nintex database?
