I am encountering the following error when running LoopPlus in the opportunity:
One or both of Username and Password are invalid.Include this Error Id if you contact Drawloop Support: b80a2f9b-9d68-415e-a18a-e086d7688dcb
That error typically means that there is a DocuSign mis-configuration, whether it be at the User Level or DocuSign integration level. We recommend these following steps:
1. Verify that the correct DocuSign Account ID and Base URL are setup correctly in your Third Party Integrations Settings on the Drawloop Admin Tab. This information can be located under your DocuSignAccountConfiguration tab.
2. Verify that the User who received the error has the DSProSFUsername field filled out with the correct DocuSign API Username and that the DSProSFPassword field is blank. If Send On Behalf Of (SOBO) is not enabled, then the DSProSFPassword field must be filled in with the user's password. SOBO is typically enabled by default.
3. Verify on the DocuSignAccountConfiguration Tab that the DSProSFUsername and DSProSFPassword fields are filled in if SOBO is enabled.
4. Verify that the Profile and/or Permission Set for the user experiencing the error has access to the DocuSignAccountConfiguration and SOBO fields.
Please note that if you have not created the DocuSignAccountConfiguration Tab, you can do so by navigating to Setup | Tabs | New [Custom Object Tabs] | Object = DocuSignAccountConfiguration | Tab Style = Choose Your Icon | Next | Next | Save.
