Capture multiple fields from Nintex Form as individual rows of data on a list

Sorry for the confusing title but didn't know how to best word it.  I have a list library with 3 columns: Category (drop down options), Description (single line text), and Comment (multiple lines).  On my Nintex form, I have them set up as shown below.  The user will be inputting data for each line of fields (all pointing to the mentioned columns).  Is there a way to do this so that all three lines of data are captured onto the list as individual rows of items?  I guess I'm trying to make it so that a user is able to input multiple rows of data onto one form and submit them at the same time.
