Hawkeye Issue

Hi ,

 

Today we tried to use 'Hawkeye' free 30 days trial and we successfully received the mail from Nintex with access link.

When we click the link it shows below screen.

AADSTS50020: User account 'User Name' from identity provider 'Tenant ID' does not exist in tenant 'Nintex Hawkeye' and cannot access the application 'Hawkeye Tenant' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

 

If any one know procedure to access 'Nintex Hawkeye' please let me know.
