Our SharePoint Web Application has been extended to a second IIS site. Most of the users of our workflow/forms solution are external people who authenticate with Forms-Based Authentication to an external URL (e.g., https://external.whatever.com). These are generally the people who initiate workflows. The approvers in our processes are generally internal employees who autehnticate with NTLM to an internal URL (https://internal.whatever.com). The problem is that the hyperlinks in our email notifications default to external.whatever.com, which is not what we want internal approvers to see. I'm not sure if this is because that's the default AAM for our Web Application, or because the workflow was initiated within internal.whatever.com. Is there a good way to ensure that internal/external users will always be presented with hyperlinks using the appropriate hostname?
