Hi,

Could someone help me with a conditional statement for a boolean value when using the merge fields in Word.

I'm basically trying to create a quote within Salesforce using Drawloop and I need to check a checkbox status and then either return a value from a different field or nothing.

This is what I tried so far. Option 2 always returns the FalseText, option 3 always returns the TrueText

  1. IF <<Opportunity_Year_1_Maintenance_Requested>> = TRUE "Year 1 Total:<<Opportunity_Year_1_Maintenance_Total>>"" Not requested "
  2. IF "<<Opportunity_Year_1_Maintenance_Requested>>" ="TRUE" "Year 1 Total:<<Opportunity_Year_1_Maintenance_Total>>"" Not requested "
  3. IF <<Opportunity_Year_1_Maintenance_Requested>>=1 "Year 1 Total:<<Opportunity_Year_1_Maintenance_Total>>""Not requested"

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks
