I want to know if in a Flexi Task, email goes first or task is generated first ? Generally users act on the task (assigned to them or sometimes delegated) as soon as the email is received and get lock errors.
Do you have any parallel actions or other workflows running? What's the error message?
There is a Flexi Task which generates individual tasks for each user.. As soon as I assign one of the task to another user, the user tries to complete/approve it and the error gets displayed as "The Task is currently locked by another user".
