I have a library that accepts incoming email. When an email arrives it runs a workflow that opens a ticket on a different list. I use the from, subject, priority email properties, but I can't seem to grab the body of the email.
I would like to grab the body of the email and add it to the notes of the ticket. I read somewhere that someone parsed the email with XML, but I am not really sure how that was done. Right now I am doing a regex, but it isn't functioning all the time because the items I am using in the regex aren't always present. Has anybody else out there done this or can you show me how to parse that email object?
