is it possible to store Workflows as a template and reuse them?
you can save your workflow as a template under the save options in the ribbon. you can categorise it into the pre-defined categories or create a new one. this workflow template will be available to all workflow designers on the same site collection. if you need it on multiple site collections you can export the workflow (again through the ribbon) as a .nwf file and import into a new designer on a different site collection and do the same steps.
alternatively you could create a reusable workflow template (accessible from site settings as opposed to being in a list/library workflow designer)

Cassey, is there a way of doing this but retaining all of the content too? I have several lists that share the same fields but my stored template removes them meaning I must then re-enter each time?
...actually just figured it out. By exporting and importing it retains all of the data where as a template only stores the framework etc.
