It worked yesterday and today it doesn't. I have several workflows that are manually started. When I click the address book and type in Caldwell, Suzanne it doesn't find me or anyone else. I can type in my user ID (NTID) and click on check names and there I am.
Also, we are using our team mailbox address in the From field and that no longer works. Example I click on the address book and type in etrm operations normally firstname.lastname@example.org would appear, not any longer.
How do I fix this?
