Since this morning (apr 18 2016 ~ 10h30am [Paris timezone]), i get this popup when i try to edit my Nintex form :

It gives you the status of the services for local regions. As you can see, there is a disruption. But if you look more closely on Azure Status, you will see that it is an azure issue.
Our team is actually working on that!
I am also having the same problem. I was able to access Nintex prior to 09:30 this morning, but after that I am receiving the same error.
I have a raised an urgent ticket with Nintex. Hopefully they provide a resolution soon.
Please re try to access Nintex Form for 0365, we have been informed that some tenancy back to normal.
I can confirm that Nintex forms is now working for me.
