ok i have workflow and forms i have built a form and published it now how do i use it on sharepoint?
Once you build a Nintex Form on top of a list all you have to do is click the Publish button that appears on the designer surface. Once you have done that, the form is deployed to that same list. To visualize the form, you simply create new item in that list and the form will appear to accept user input.
What version of Nintex are you using (o365 or on-prem)? The process is the same for both, but just to be clear on our end.
Just create a new item and you will see your published form
Ok maybe the question I should be asking is ...How do I publish a nintex form to a custom list?
Please ensure that you access form designer from the list you want it published to (ie the custom list you've mentioned). Navigate to the custom list, choose list tab and customise form with nintex forms. Once you're happy with the design choose publish. Any new item created in the list will use the published nintex form.
