modified dates not properly evaluated in a condition

Hi community,

I have a strange problem with modified dates not properly evaluated in a condition.

The workflow copies a list item to another (target) list. If the copy action is successful the source item shall be deleted.

It is meant to be used as an archiving solution.

To be sure the item has been created I placed a wait for action after the copy item action.

To check if the copy action was successful I use a query list action to get the title, the version and the modified date of the target item just copied and then I use a condition action to compare the target and the source values. If the values are equal the source item shall be deleted if not a notification is being send.

Title and Version properties are successfully compared as equal but the modified date is not.

The strange thing is when I log all values to the history list source and target values are equal.

Something seems to be wrong with the modified date.

This is from the history list:

Modified date in destination: 3/10/2016 1:50 PM

current items date Modified: 3/10/2016 1:50 PM

What do I miss here?

Could anybody help?

We are using SharePoint 2010 and Nintex 2010 v2.4.6.0 Int.
