I'm very new to Nintex workflows and forms and still learning a lot...
I try to create a form for users to enter some data and this data should be send in an E-Mail to an admin.
Please see form.png attachment. I used "Location", "Function" and "Orgtype" as list lookup and the user can choose the data. This should make the form usability easier for users. Then I used "Hyperlink" form template to enter an URL and description which is just like a text box. The "Notes" box is a text box (type "String").
When the user has filled in all fields and click on "Send" two E-Mails should be send. One to the user saying "Thank you..." and the other to me (admin) with all the data from the form. But I don't know how to get the data from the form to the E-Mail :-(
(sending an E-Mail works without problems).
Maybe there is a tutorial or does someone has an idea how to solve this issue?
