I know the workflows track start and end of each stage or phase. I can see the start and end of each transaction but... How can I do a report on ALL the transactions so I can compute average duration, shortest duration, longest duration, etc. Knowing this will help use improve the processes that take the longest?
My workflow automatically starts with an entry to a list (SharePoint 2010, Nintex 2010) and has a maximum of 9 stops. I use State machine to identify the phases and ownership is moved via Request Approval actions. I want to know how long each approvers takes to do what they need to do.
PS: I am not sure the Request Approval actions are considered assigned "tasks"; hope you understand what I mean.
