I am a newbie to Nintex Workflow. I am trying to build a helpdesk workflow. When I opened the Workflow Designer I saw a Helpdesk template which I would like to use. When I create the workflow using Helpdesk template, it does not give any information in terms of how many lists need to be created, details on columns and their association. Is there a documentation/video that will guide me through the templates that are available and how to use them.
