I am having issues triggering new Nintex Online workflows created today (2/16/2016).  Is something wrong?  Happening on multiple tenants.

I am unable to get any Nintex Online Workflows created this morning to trigger.  All existing workflow are triggering just fine, but new ones are not.  I have tried all the methods (manually, on created and on modified). 



I am a consultant and this is happening on both my company's tenant and the client's tenant.  I have tried creating brand new lists and workflows to just make sure something was not corrupt with the list i was using.  Had no success.



Is anyone else seeing this issue?
