Unable To recreate token after Token Expiration

When you have a form hosted within Sharepoint and you try to submit it, you get a pop-up notification dialog box stating that the token has expired. There is a link that should generate a new Oauth token, however once the hyperlink is clicked this takes you to a blank page.
You are unable to proceed further with the submission of the Form or any other K2 applications.
Symptoms
Within Internet Explorer you may see a 404 error (Page Cannot Be Displayed) or in Google Chrome this just shows as a blank page.Resolution
This has been resolved with Fix pack 6 for K2 Cloud Update 6.
After applying the fix you should be able to generate a new token once the dialog box appears.
