Issue Description

When a SmartObject property gets renamed to the same name as a previoulsy deleted property, a new field will be created on the view with the same name as before. This results in duplicate fields on the view which causes package and deployment validation to fail.

Error Message

The error message states "A property with the same name and namespace already exists in the model. name = 'Guid' and namespace 'urn:SourceCode/SmartForms/View?CustomerInfo-IV#Sources.88c48b3c-424b-4574-8327-8502af984a0e/Fields.Service Location".
