Issue

In certain cases, when updating a SharePoint Integrated solution from Development to Production, one will only want to include the specific artifact that changed (IE: Workflow, Form, View) and then only update those artifacts in Production instead of overwriting all the artifacts with new versions.

Currently you can choose to only package the artifact that needs updating from the Development instance / server. But this will create a package with no SharePoint references in it and ultimately you will hit this known issue: https://help.k2.com/kb002567

Symptoms

- An undeployable package.
- Overwriting all artifacts on target.

Resolution

We can change this on deployment. Once the deployment is validated, ensure all the artifacts that you DON’T want to overwrite are set to “Use Existing...” and only the changed artifacts are set to "Create New.." or "Create New Version.."
