Issue Description

After deleting a Group from Active Directory, the K2 logs in Event Viewer are frequently filled by repeated IdentityServiceError messages.

Error Message

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five RTM FP15 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five RTM FP15 to apply the fix.
