"The User Manager 127.0.0.1 returned an empty queue..."

When starting a new instance of your Workflow, you notice the following error:
"An activity with a client event should at least have one destination."
Symptoms
Upon further investigation, you notice the following:
- The relevant Role is not empty, and has valid members.
- You notice the following error in your Hostserver Log files: "24148 The User Manager 127.0.0.1 returned an empty queue with name [RoleName]."
- Looking at the following table in your K2 Database, [Server].[DestQueue], you notice the Role(s) has "Workflows" values under the Data column:
Resolution
This is a known issue, the development team are looking into fixing this in the Product at a later stage.
However, there is a way to resolve it. Please contact K2 Support, and reference this KB article.
